Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

Which as a pilot in my youth I find very appropriate, and not at all 'soppy'. Perfect not only for anyone who enjoyed flying or jumping into the great unknown, but the very idea of flying towards God makes this a great poem for anyone.

The insert reads : May His Landing be a Gentle One in the Arms of Our Lord.
