Flower Girl Scaloped, Green QsCompleted by Candice Woolfall
OccasionI initially started this card project by printing the CUP sheet onto card stock paper. I cut out all the elements from the sheet. I used a sheet of white card stock paper as a base for the card front.
I used double sided tape to adhere the flower girl card front to the white card stock base. I then layered all the decoupage elements with foam mounting pads. I brightened the colors on the card with colored pencils. I chose to use the Happy Birthday sentiment and I attached it to the bottom of the card via a foam mounting pad.
I used a second piece of white heavy card stock paper for the back of the card. I used double sided tape to adhere yellow card stock to the white. I scored the paper as necessary, cut where scored and used glued when necessary as a means of combining the front and back pieces to make one card.
I used clear glitter paint on the dress to give it some shimmer
