With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a white card, then i made up the design, using 2mm sticky pads, finishing off with the happy birthday sentiment, this is a stunning design, was very easy to cut and make up and is very effective when done.
