I downloaded this beautiful topper onto high glossy photo paper and attached to my base card with double sided tape, I cut out the decoupage and fixed yo card with foam pads

Inside the card is an insert I made which says Happy St Patrick’s Day

Approx size of card is 7” x 7” includes a white envelope inside a clear cellophane bag
