Printed on to HQ glossy photo paper.I cut the decoupage pieces out and adhered them to the background using 3d foam Next I mounted the design on to some high quality cardstock using DSS tape.The greeting tag was adhered to the design using 3D foam and I then placed silver outline around the edge of the background and also along the edges of the tag.
