Fushia Flowers and Blue Birds Topper and InsertCompleted by Giselle Topper

I began by printing out the sheet twice, to use the blooms from the second copy for decourpage. I cut out the base topper and the insert.

I decided I was going to use an 8 x 8 Crafty Bob's white scalloped edge card base and add a silver peel-off down the spine.

I then mounted the base topper onto a matching cardstock and made a mat slightly bigger. I then adhered it onto the card with DST before decorating.

I used Light Blue Liquid Pearl dots on the birdcage following the design, mounted selected blooms with foam tape and added the "Happy Birthday" sentiment tag which I added 3 Liquid Pearl dots to, as well.

To the insert, I added a Stampin' Up paper doily that I had cut in half and mounted one about a cm down from the top edge on the LH side and the other, about a cm up from the bottom RH corner.

Then stuck down the insert with DST.

I am really happy with the end result!!!
