Floral Happy Birthday Mum Card Front with Insert (sepia)Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto quality Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements, and used DST to attach topper to a gold textured card. I used foam tape and foam pads to add the Decoupage. To finish I stuck a small white ribbon bow onto the left top corner.

I then used DST to attach the insert to the inside of the card. An interesting design which makes up beautifully.
