Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto blue card stock. I siliconed the layers and used DST for the insert.

I printed images on matte white cardstock. I cut out all pieces, edged all with brown ink, mounted base image on brown cardstock, layered pieces with foam tape to card.
I added insert inside.
