Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added yellow glitter glue to sparkler to finish.

Even though this design was made for the 2013/4 New Year it is easy to alter it for other years by just using one of the greetings, as I have done.
I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out my chosen pieces.
I layered the characters on 1mm foam squares and the blessing on 2mm squares. Quick and effective!
