Happy Mothers DayCompleted by Bev Hazelgrave

I printed off this page kit twice one slightly smaller than the other. I cut out all elements. I created a 7 x 7 base card which I layered with a lighter blue frame. I then layered up the 2 toppers using foam tape and added the decoupage.

This has a happy mothers day sentiment in a circle but I believe that cutting out a circle which said happy birthday or another sentiment and you could easily stick this over the sentiment and make it usable for a larger variety of occasions
