I printed the sheet on to 200gsm gloss photo paper and cut out the pieces. I carefully cut out the pieces between the spokes! I layered the main piece on to some red mirri card and then on to a cream card with dst.
I used foam pads & silicone glue to place the decoupage. I added some red holographic stars, a red satin bow and a sentiment from my stash.
