The design was printed on to satin photo paper and cut out, I'd personalised the main image before printing it.
I added a gold backing card to an A5 landscape card then adhered the main image on top with foam tape.
The other elements were added with foam pads.
To finish the card I added a 50 in the bottom corner and a printed verse inside.
