Man's Spotty Shirt & Tie Quick Card with DecoupageCompleted by Debbie Knechtel

I only used part of the front of the card. I decoupaged the tie with foam tape and cut and folded the collar as instructed on the sheet. I added a real gem brad for the tie pin.

I mounted the card on a dark blue mat and then a lime green mat. Used silver peel offs on the dark blue mat and blue peel offs on the outer edge. I used the tag supplied and placed it at the top of the card chalking the edges blue.
