The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a light blue silk art card as my base. I used a piece of blue and white swirly backing paper onto which I mounted my base layer which I attached to silver mirri card.

I layered up the remaining decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used on of the greetings mounted onto the same silver mirri card, I tied a blue satin ribbon onto one side and put a silver anchor peeloff in one corner to finish.
