Gone FishingCompleted by Debby Bloor

I printed and cut out all of the decoupage elements then assembled the first layer using sticky foam pads.

I decided to use individual items instead of the full second layer so I cut out the fish, rod handles and the sign and attached them to the card to give a 3d effect. | added a little gloss finish to the fish.
