I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock, leaving the lettering to the side.
I then stuck the decoupage with sticky tabs.

I stuck the topper with tape to my card and added the decoiupage layers with foam pads. I used silver border peeloffs to finish the card off. This sheet makes a great card for a son to give his dad if they share a love of football
