Printed on 250 g Silky Smooth Ultra White card. I printed 2 copies of the design to make a deeper decoupage, my extra layer was Bin man, seagulls and dustbin.
Then assembled the decoupage with double sided sticky pads.
I mounted onto gold textured card then used a contrasting main card. I used sentiment from CUP1037208_1894 . To finishI added stick on Silver stars and a mask. If your bins are green then Gordon Fraser has Binman Dude 8x8 Quick Card : cup799380_437
