Time to Celebrate
A vintage inspired design for a lovely feminine card front. Can be used for various occasions. A panel is supplied to use inside the card if you wish, but this could be suitable for occasions other than birthdays.

I cut out the elements and attached the base design to a scalloped edge card. I attached the decoupage and small gold decorations on the right. To the left side, I attached a strip of pale yellow ruffle lace.
It is an easy card to make and the soft colours of the excellent design ensure that this is a card which is suitable for many occasions.
