Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto blue spotty paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a blue insert.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to gold foil card, then on to a card covered with jade coloured paper. Layered. Added a paper bow from cup554083_2013 with a ribbon rose centre. A very cute design to suit any age or occasion.
