I printed this on good quality plain card, cut out the decoupage and layered it using foam pads. I then attached it to a glitter gold spotted backing paper using double sided tape and added the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment using foam pads, before attaching to a card blank using double sided tape.
A really stylish design.
