Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out the elements. I had a card the same size as the front. I used dst to attach the front. The small element with the fairy i stuck onto the inside of the card.
I cut out the Buttons and layered with foam tape on one corner and stuck a bling onto the middle of the Buttons.
