I loe this image. I printed it onto 240 gsm glossy photographic paper and fixed it to a white 8 x 8 white base card.
I cut out the flowers and the top of the outfit with the black bow and decoupaged them onto the card using double sided sticky pads.
I used the blank for the sentiment and have not put anything onto it as I will put what is requested when the time comes.
