I PRINTED THE DECOUPAGE ON TO CARD STOCK. I CUT IT OUT AND ASSEMBLE IT WITH STICKY PADS. I USED METALLIC PAPER TO GO AROUND THE MAIN DESIGN. I THEN GLUED IT TO A BLANK CARD. I ADDED A BLUE RIBBON FOR THE SIDE BORDER.
