Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base picture onto a horizontal card using d/s tape. I then attached the oval topper using foam pads. I used stickles glitter glue to the centres of the flowers to give it some sparkle.

I left this card without a sentiment so it could be used for various occasions.
