Black & Gold Elegant Lady

I matted and layered the base picture onto red miiriboard and then an old gold card. I outlined the whole picture and both sides of the oval with gold peel-offs. I decoupaged the lady with the pieces provided but the top layer was covered with glittery pel-off.

I used the oval provided and used a black sentiment and some hearts to finish the card.
