5x7 BIRTHDAY GIRL 3 Completed by Irene Woods

I printed the sheet onto 200gsm card and cut out the elements before using DST to attach the base image to a white card blank, leaving a narrow border.

I then used glue gel to add the upper layers.

I finished by highlighting the dark blue 'glitter' border using a sparkle pen and by adding a blue glitter flower embellishment.
