I folded an A4 piece of white 300gsm card added the background and decoupage using silicone glue, I finished off using the Happy Birthday at an angle which I added tiny blue gems in the corners of the happy birthday over the boots and adding the butterflies around the card folding in the middle of the butterflies to make the wings stand off the card
