This is a stunning picture of a lady all dressed up.Even though i have used the Happy Birthday sentiment this could be used as Wedding or Christmas.I layered the lady up and added gltter and gems for sparkle.I layered her onto silver thenn lilac card before monting her on a A4 fancy frame card.I added gems to the corners and to a lilac ribbon .A stunning picture.
