Vintage Fashion Lady on Art Deco Background Card FrontCompleted by Carol Sear

Used a pale blue A4 card and folded to A5. Between the card and image I stuck a background of pale blue card with cloud design. Used DST to bond these together. To give the image height I used 2mm foam tape and attached accordingly.

Used silver peel-offs around all edges and a "Happy Birthday" sentiment down one side.
