I USED A BASE AND BACKGROUND IN COMPLEMENTING COLOURS TO THE OH SO LOVELY DESIGN.THEN MOUNTED THE DECOUPAGED TOPPER TO THE BASE WITH DOUBLE SIDED TAPE .ROUNDED OF THE CARD WITH PEARLS AND ORGANZA BOW .
 Smith-Kirk%20-%20This is a gorgeous sheet! I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out. I matted main image onto gold mirri card then onto a card base that I made up slightly over 8"x8" in size and covered with swirly emb card. I decoupaged all the elements using 3d glue and finished with random gold gems and glitter touches. ){kind=link}
