Pretty Flutter Florals 3Completed by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality photo paper and attached the base to a card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue. I added pearls to the center of the flowers and some silver glitter to the butterfly wings. Quick and easy card to make.
