Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out. Attached a lavender punched border and put the feathers through to the back for her fan. Used d.s.t. to adhere to white card stock. Added decoupage using foam pads. Added a clear stick on gem. I used some liquid pearl and some glitter to the lady.

A beautiful design with a lot of elegance I shall add a greeting plate when I decide what to use the card for.
