Printed image onto instant dry photo paper. Matted the image onto black card stock, added the decoupage layers except for the butterfly, I punched the hearts out of the wings.

To finish I mounted it onto white card base and added some diamond glaze to the car headlights, butterfly pearl and the pearls around the shoe body.

Also added some glitter to butterfly wings. Lovely design really enjoyed making it.
