I started by covering an 8x8 card blank with suitable paper. I matted the image onto gold mirror card, added a Teal feather and mounted it onto the card base with large foam pads.

I decoupaged the layers and used Pinflair glitter wand to bling up the dress & shoes and I used Start Dust Stickles on the flowers & perfume bottle.

I used Crystal stickles on the butterfly wings.
