I resized the image to print on to half A4 and printed 2 copies. Mounted the topper on to black card and trimmed with a decorative edge. From the second copy, I cut out the girl and the bow.

Layered these, adding a greeting to the bow with a jump ring. Placed the finished topper on to a rainbow holographic card. A great design for teenage girls.
