Beautiful Black Polka Dot Shoe with Cream Rose 8x8Completed by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I then cut away the white areas still showing to suit the shape of the design.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added the butterflies using silicone glue to complete this beautiful card.
