Twin GirlsCompleted by Sallys Fidgety Fingers

Occasion
Congratulations / New Baby

I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper. I trimmed away some of the border and cut around the heads then decoupaged the babies. I then attached to my card base. I cut out the insert and glued to the inside of the card.
