Pretty Little Girl in Pink, on Tag with BowCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I used DST to stick the main element onto a card with a scalloped edge. I used foam pads to make up the Decoupage to give the 3D effect.

I used Pink Stickles on the hat and Dress and Bling on Flower and as Button on Dress. I put this Tag onto a card to use it to as card for Little Girls. I like this idea, such a pretty design.
