Copied to matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. Matted to pale blue polka dot paper and then to blue card stock. I added a die cut border. Through this process I used wet glue. Added the decoupage using d.s.foam tape. Put glossy accents on her eyes and the strawberries and Lavender Lace Pearl Drops.

A sweet design that will be excellent for the young miss.
