I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A4 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting also using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the larger gems on the side of the shoe to enhance this lovely design.
