I mounted the background of the sheet onto an A4 scalloped edged card and added the 3d elements I then added gold gems to the bow, butterflies and the backs of the shoes, I added the Happy Birthday into the bottom corner which I also added some tiny gold gems also I added tiny pink gems to the top of the basque I finished it off then with some really thin gold border edging.
