I actually sized this for an A5 card, printing two of them so as to provide an additional layer for the glass, cork, green bow and banner (base of bottle).
I have added some glitter to the glass and some stars for some extra sparkle.
Some gold peel-offs have been used and the whole thing added to a gold coloured card blank.
