This is a lovely bright cheerful card sure to bring a smile to its recipients face!

I printed the page on shiny photographic paper and cut out all the pieces.I used DSST to mat the main image onto a brown textured card,then onto patterned blue paper, and last onto a larger rectangle of the brown card. I took a nice bright smooth turquoise base card and attached my base to this.Then I attached the decoupage pieces with foam pads which gives a nice 3D efect.
