Purple Flower, White Doves, on Ecru LaceCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 deckle edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I cut small snips into the wings of the doves with my scissors to produce a feathered effect. I added each dove to the card using thin foam tape and a blob of silicone glue under the wing to give more definition.

I added glitter to the wings of the doves and to the centre of the large flower to enhance this lovely design.
