Pretty Lilac and Blue Painted Tulips on Lace BracketCompleted by Wynona O'neil

I printed out the design and cut out the elements. I actually cut the card down the centre. I then fixed the design front and back centred onto my colour co-ordinated base card. I finished off with some bling of peel off corner stickers and greetings, pearls and glitter.
