Pink/lilac Tulips in Lilac Polka Dot Frame with BowCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed sheet onto Quality Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I attached the main piece onto a sheen card using double sided tape. I then used foam pads to attach the decoupage elements layering them. I outlined the frame with pearls

and used glitter on the flowers and Bow. This is a lovely card, a treasure to make and will be a great one for friends for all occasions.
