Printed out onto white card and cut out all elements. Attached base picture to main card with d/s tape. Fixed all decoupage pieces with foam pads. Attached a handmade long tassel to left side of card.
Fixed gold peeloff sentiment to tag and attached to card with foam pads to finish.
