I used a border punch around cream card and attached the main image to it. Then I stuck this to a pink card and added a strip of cream near the bottom with some pink gems. I added glitter to the decoupage and the bow, before adding to the card with foam pads.

Before printing out I added a Happy Birthday text to the image.
