Lovely Octagon Quick Card with Pink Flowers and BirdsCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough

printed on matte card twice, from the second print I cut around the inner frame and used for the first lay of decoupage using foam squares.

I edged the inner frame, sentiment and birds ruff with opal glitter ,glossy accents on the eyes and finished with the gems on the flowers.
