Framed Bouquet 9Completed by Engela Conradie

Print design twice onto good quality inkjet paper. Cut out design and layered it onto a white scalopped card with DST. The second print I cut out the middle part and decoupage it onto the design with foam tape. I used some glitter to finished design off.
